Welcome to Zaam99. These Zaam99 Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website zaam99.com and for buying products from our online store in Pakistan. They cover how orders, prices, Cash on Delivery payments, delivery, returns and your account work.

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By browsing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

About Zaam99 and These Terms

Zaam99 is an online shopping store based in Lahore, Pakistan, selling fashion, electronics, home and kitchen products, beauty and health items, groceries and more, with delivery across Pakistan. In these terms, “Zaam99”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the Zaam99 online store, and “you” means any visitor or customer.

These terms apply together with our other store policies, including the Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy. If a specific policy covers a topic in more detail, that policy applies to that topic.

Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or shop with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to give true, accurate and complete information, including your full name, a working mobile number and a complete delivery address.
• You can shop as a guest or create a Zaam99 account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that gives false information, misuses the website or breaks these terms.

Products, Prices and Availability

Product information

We work hard to show accurate product names, descriptions, specifications and photos. However, actual colours may look slightly different because of screen settings, and packaging may change from time to time. Product details are provided by brands and suppliers and may occasionally contain errors. If you have a question about a product, please ask on the product page or contact us before ordering.

Prices

• All prices on zaam99.com are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.).
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you place your order.
• Sale prices and flash deals are valid only for the stated time or while stock lasts.
• Prices can change at any time without notice, but a price change will not affect an order we have already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and let you know. You will not be charged for a cancelled order.

Stock and availability

All products are subject to availability. Stock levels shown on the website are updated automatically but may occasionally be inaccurate. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a later delivery or a cancellation of that item.

Placing an Order and Order Confirmation

When you place an order on Zaam99, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. You will see an order confirmation on screen (and by email if you gave an email address). This confirmation means we have received your order; the contract is complete when we dispatch your parcel.

To prevent fake orders and failed deliveries, our team may call you or send you a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and address. We may cancel or hold an order if:

• we cannot reach you on the phone number you gave after reasonable attempts;
• the delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or outside our delivery area;
• the product is out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price;
• the order looks fraudulent or unusual, such as very large quantities intended for resale;
• you have refused or not collected several Cash on Delivery orders in the past.

Payment and Cash on Delivery

Zaam99 currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the full order amount, including any delivery charges, in cash to the rider when your parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

• Online payment options such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa and Mastercard are coming soon and will be shown at checkout once available.
• Placing a COD order means you agree to accept and pay for the parcel on delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels without a valid reason may lead us to decline future COD orders.
• Zaam99 will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan. You can choose from the delivery options available for your address at checkout:

• Standard Delivery (2 to 4 working days): Rs. 250, or free on orders of Rs. 2,999 or more.
• Express Delivery (1 to 2 working days): Rs. 450, or Rs. 200 when your order qualifies for free standard delivery.
• Same Day Delivery (Lahore only): Rs. 600, or Rs. 350 when your order qualifies for free standard delivery, subject to order time and availability.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is confirmed. Delays can sometimes happen because of weather, public holidays, strikes, courier issues or other events outside our control. We will keep you updated if your parcel is delayed. Please check that the outer packaging is intact before accepting your parcel. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Order Cancellations

You can ask to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our return rules. We may also cancel an order for the reasons listed in the Orders section above. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Returns, Refunds and Warranty

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong or incomplete item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and packaging. Eligible returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which explains time limits, conditions and how refunds are paid.

Where a product comes with a warranty, the warranty period and terms are shown on the product page. Brand warranties are provided by the manufacturer or its authorised service centre, and Zaam99 will help you with the claim where possible. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs or normal wear and tear.

Promotions, Discounts and Coupon Codes

• Discounts, flash sales and coupon codes are valid only for the stated period, products and conditions.
• Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or combined with other offers unless we say so.
• We may limit the quantity of sale items each customer can buy.
• We may change or end any promotion at any time, and cancel orders that misuse a promotion or coupon code.

Reviews, Questions and Your Content

You are welcome to write product reviews and ask questions on our product pages. By submitting content, you confirm that it is honest, based on your own experience and does not contain anything offensive, illegal, misleading or promotional, or anyone else’s personal information.

You give Zaam99 permission to display, edit for length or clarity, and use your reviews and questions on our website and marketing. We may moderate, refuse or remove any content that breaks these rules.

Acceptable Use of Our Website

When using zaam99.com, you agree not to:

• place fake orders, use someone else’s details or commit any kind of fraud;
• try to hack, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• copy, scrape or collect products, prices, images or customer data using automated tools;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or post spam, abusive or illegal content;
• use the website in any way that breaks the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.

Intellectual Property

The Zaam99 name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original images belong to Zaam99 or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube pages, courier tracking pages or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate, available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law:

• Zaam99’s total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order;
• we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, such as loss of profit, business or data;
• we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first so we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved this way, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time, for example when we add new services, payment methods or delivery options. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Cash on Delivery available all over Pakistan?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for all orders delivered within our delivery areas across Pakistan. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives.

How much is delivery on Zaam99?

Standard delivery costs Rs. 250 and is free on orders of Rs. 2,999 or more. Express and Same Day (Lahore only) delivery are also available at checkout.

Why did Zaam99 call me after I placed my order?

We may call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and delivery address. This helps us avoid fake orders and deliver your parcel on time.

Can Zaam99 cancel my order?

Yes, in some cases, such as when we cannot reach you, the item is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly. We will let you know, and you will not be charged for a cancelled order.
