At Zaam99, we want your online shopping to arrive quickly, safely and at a fair price. This Zaam99 Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we deliver, our delivery charges, how long delivery takes, how free delivery and Same Day Delivery in Lahore work, and what happens when you receive your parcel.

Where We Deliver

Zaam99 delivers to cities and towns all over Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hyderabad and many more, through our trusted delivery and courier partners.

• We currently deliver within Pakistan only and do not ship internationally.
• Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take a few extra days.
• If our courier partners do not serve your area, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss other options or cancel the order free of charge.

Delivery Options and Charges

You can choose your delivery option at checkout. The delivery charge is always shown in your order summary before you place your order, so there are no hidden costs.

• Standard Delivery (2 to 4 working days): Rs. 250, or free on orders of Rs. 2,999 or more.
• Express Delivery (1 to 2 working days): Rs. 450, or only Rs. 200 when your order qualifies for free delivery.
• Same Day Delivery (Lahore only): Rs. 600, or only Rs. 350 when your order qualifies for free delivery.

How free delivery works

Free Standard Delivery applies when the value of the products in your cart, after any discounts or coupon codes, is Rs. 2,999 or more. Delivery charges are not counted towards this amount. Your cart shows how much more you need to add to unlock free delivery.

Example: for an order of Rs. 3,500, Standard Delivery is free, Express Delivery costs Rs. 200, and Same Day Delivery in Lahore costs Rs. 350. For an order of Rs. 1,800, Standard Delivery costs Rs. 250.

One delivery charge applies per order, even if your items arrive in more than one parcel.

Same Day Delivery in Lahore

Need it today? Same Day Delivery is available for addresses in Lahore. The option appears automatically at checkout when you enter Lahore as your city.

• Place your order early in the day for the best chance of same day delivery.
• Orders placed late in the day, on Sundays or on public holidays are delivered on the next working day.
• Same Day Delivery depends on stock being available at our Lahore location and on rider availability.
• If we cannot deliver your order on the same day, we will contact you to agree on the next available delivery option.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• After you place your order, our team may call you or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and address.
• Once confirmed, your order is packed carefully and handed to our delivery partner.
• Delivery times begin once your order is confirmed and dispatched.
• Please keep your phone switched on so we and the rider can reach you.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times are estimates in working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays):

• Lahore: Same Day, 1 to 2 days with Express, or 2 to 4 days with Standard Delivery.
• Major cities across Pakistan: usually 1 to 2 days with Express or 2 to 4 days with Standard Delivery.
• Smaller towns and remote areas: may take a few extra days depending on courier coverage.

During big sales, Eid, Ramadan and other busy seasons, delivery may take a little longer than usual.

Tracking Your Order

You can follow your order every step of the way:

• Visit our Track Order page and enter your order details.
• Sign in to My Account to see your order history and status.
• Watch for order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email (if you gave an email address).
• Message us on WhatsApp at any time with your order number.

Receiving Your Parcel

• Cash on Delivery: please pay the full order amount, including any delivery charge, to the rider. Keeping the exact amount ready helps the delivery go faster.
• Check the packaging: before accepting, make sure the parcel is sealed and not visibly damaged, opened or tampered with. If it is, please refuse the parcel and contact us straight away.
• Record the unboxing: we recommend taking photos or a short video when you open your parcel. This helps us resolve any issue with a damaged, missing or wrong item quickly.
• Someone else receiving: a family member or colleague can receive the parcel for you at the same address, as long as they pay the Cash on Delivery amount.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

The rider will try to contact you before delivering. A delivery may fail if:

• we or the rider cannot reach you on your phone number;
• the address is incomplete or incorrect, or nobody is available to receive the parcel;
• the parcel is refused at the door without a valid reason.

If a delivery fails, the parcel is returned to us and we will try to contact you to arrange delivery again. A delivery charge may apply for re-delivery. Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels may lead us to decline future Cash on Delivery orders, as explained in our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but delivery can sometimes be delayed by events outside our control, such as bad weather, floods, strikes, road closures, public holidays, security situations or courier issues. If your order is delayed, we will keep you updated and deliver it as soon as possible.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address or phone number, contact us on WhatsApp or by email as soon as possible. We can update the address only before your order is dispatched. Once the parcel is with the courier, the address can no longer be changed. To cancel an order instead, see our Cancellation Policy.

Does Zaam99 deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery. Remote areas may take a few extra days.

How much is delivery?

Standard Delivery costs Rs. 250 and is free on orders of Rs. 2,999 or more. Express Delivery costs Rs. 450 and Same Day Delivery in Lahore costs Rs. 600, with lower prices when your order qualifies for free delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery takes 2 to 4 working days, Express Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days, and Same Day Delivery is available in Lahore.

Can I get Same Day Delivery outside Lahore?

Not at the moment. Same Day Delivery is available for Lahore addresses only. For other cities, choose Express Delivery for the fastest option.

Do you ship outside Pakistan?

No. Zaam99 currently delivers within Pakistan only.
