At Zaam99, paying for your online shopping is simple and safe. This Zaam99 Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how Cash on Delivery in Pakistan works, what you pay at checkout, our upcoming online payment options and how we keep your payments secure.

Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders delivered within Pakistan. You can place your order without any card or bank account and pay in cash when your parcel arrives.
Coming soon: we are working on adding secure online payment options, including:
- JazzCash mobile wallet;
- Easypaisa mobile wallet;
- Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
These options are shown at checkout as “Coming soon” and will become available there once they are ready. We will update this page when they launch.
How Cash on Delivery Works
- Place your order on zaam99.com and choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.
- Confirm your order. Our team may call you or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and delivery address.
- Receive your parcel. Our delivery partner brings your order to your address.
- Check and pay. Make sure the parcel is sealed and undamaged, then pay the rider the total amount in cash.
Please keep the exact amount ready where possible, as riders may not always carry change. If someone else receives the parcel for you, they will need to pay the Cash on Delivery amount.
What You Pay
The total you pay on delivery is shown in your order summary before you place your order. It includes:
- the price of your products, after any discount or coupon code;
- the delivery charge for your chosen delivery option, if any (Standard Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 2,999 or more).
There is no extra fee for choosing Cash on Delivery and no hidden charges. The amount you pay the rider should match your order confirmation. If it does not, please do not pay and contact us straight away. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery charges.
Prices and Currency
- All prices on Zaam99 are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.).
- You pay the price shown at the time you place your order, even if the price changes later.
- If a product was listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order before dispatch, as explained in our Cancellation Policy.
Coupon Codes and Discounts
Have a promo code? Enter it in the Have a Promo Code? box in your order summary at checkout and tap Apply. The discount is taken off your total before you pay.
- Coupon codes are valid only for the stated period, products and minimum order value.
- They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
- Discounts cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Online Payments (Coming Soon)
When online payments launch, they will be processed by licensed and secure third-party payment providers. When you pay online:
- you will enter your card or wallet details only on the payment provider’s secure payment page;
- Zaam99 will not see or store your full card number, card PIN or CVV;
- any one-time password (OTP) from your bank or wallet is entered only on that secure page and must never be shared with anyone, including Zaam99 staff;
- refunds for online payments will be made to the original payment method.
Payment Security and Fraud Prevention
Your safety matters to us. Our whole website is protected with SSL encryption (HTTPS), and Cash on Delivery means you never have to share card or bank details to shop with us.
Beware of scams: Zaam99 will never ask you to send money in advance to a personal account, and will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. Our only official WhatsApp number is 0327 6291542. If anyone contacts you in our name asking for payment details, do not share them and report it to us.

Order Confirmation and Refused Parcels
A Cash on Delivery order is a commitment to accept and pay for your parcel on delivery. Refused or unpaid parcels cause delays and extra costs. If several Cash on Delivery parcels are refused without a valid reason, we may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from that account or phone number. If you change your mind before dispatch, simply cancel for free under our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds
Because Cash on Delivery orders are paid in cash, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and approve your return. Once online payments are available, refunds for those orders will go back to the original payment method. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Is Cash on Delivery available in my city?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for all orders delivered within Pakistan.
Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?
No. There is no Cash on Delivery fee. You only pay for your products and any delivery charge shown at checkout.
Can I pay with JazzCash, Easypaisa or a card?
Not yet. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Visa and Mastercard payments are coming soon. For now, all orders are paid with Cash on Delivery.
Do I need a bank account to shop at Zaam99?
No. With Cash on Delivery, you can shop without a card or bank account and pay in cash when your parcel arrives.
How will I get a refund if I paid in cash?
We send approved refunds by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 to 7 working days after your return is received and approved.
