Because we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, cancelling before dispatch is quick and costs you nothing.

Free Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched, that is, before we hand your parcel to our delivery partner. Orders are usually packed and dispatched quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible.
- There is no cancellation fee.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, you have not paid anything yet, so no refund is needed.
- We will confirm on WhatsApp or by email once your order has been cancelled.
How to Cancel Your Order
- Contact us on WhatsApp (0327 6291542) or email infozaam99@gmail.com.
- Share your order number and the phone number used for the order.
- Tell us what to cancel: the full order or only certain items.
- Get confirmation. Our team will check your order status and confirm the cancellation.
You can check your order status any time on our Track Order page or in My Account.
After Your Order Is Dispatched
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please accept the delivery and then request a return within 7 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind return conditions and costs apply.
Please do not refuse the parcel at the door without telling us first. Refused parcels cause delays and extra courier costs, and repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels without a valid reason may lead us to decline future Cash on Delivery orders. If there is a problem with your parcel, such as visible damage, contact us right away and we will help.
Cancelling Part of an Order
Ordered several items and only want to cancel one? You can cancel individual items before dispatch. Your order total will be updated and you will pay only for the items you keep.
Please note that if your order total falls below Rs. 2,999 after removing items, the order may no longer qualify for free delivery, and the standard delivery charge will apply. Order-wide offers or coupon codes may also be adjusted. We will tell you the new total before making the change.
Change Your Order Instead of Cancelling
If you only need a small change, you may not need to cancel at all. Before dispatch, we can usually:
- change the size or colour of an item, subject to stock;
- add or remove items;
- update your delivery address or phone number;
- switch your delivery option, for example from Standard to Express Delivery.

Express and Same Day Orders
Express Delivery and Same Day Delivery orders in Lahore are packed and dispatched very quickly, so the time available to cancel is much shorter. If you need to cancel one of these orders, please contact us on WhatsApp immediately. If the parcel has already left, the after-dispatch rules above apply.
When Zaam99 May Cancel an Order
In some cases, we may need to cancel all or part of an order, for example if:
- we cannot reach you on your phone number to confirm the order;
- the delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or outside our delivery area;
- the item is out of stock or no longer available;
- the item was listed at an incorrect price because of a technical or typing error;
- the order looks fraudulent, is for unusually large quantities or breaks our Terms & Conditions;
- there is a history of refused Cash on Delivery orders on the account or phone number.
If we cancel your order, we will let you know by phone, WhatsApp or email, and you will not be charged. Where possible, we will suggest a similar product instead.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Cash on Delivery orders: nothing is paid until delivery, so cancelling before dispatch needs no refund.
- Online payments (coming soon): once online payment options are available, a cancelled order paid online will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
- Coupon codes: a coupon code used on a cancelled order may not be reusable if it has expired or was single-use.
Zaam99 will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, OTP or banking password to process a cancellation or refund.
